If coming from the Adriatic highway in a Southbound direction, take the Termoli exit, then the SS647 to Bifernina; in a Northbound direction, take the Foggia exit, and then highway SS17.

There’s a train that runs between Rome Airport to Roma Termini called Leonardo Express.The trip on the Leonardo Express takes about 30 minutes, and it departs every half-hour at 5 minutes past the hour and 35 minutes past the hour starting at 06:00 and going until 23:00. The trains run 7 days a week. At Fiumicino, you can buy Leonardo Express tickets at the airport’s train station ticket office, at most of the newsstands in the airport, at most airport tobacco shops, and at strategically-located self-service machines. The train station ticket office and self-serve machines are in the main hall of the airport’s train station. At Roma Termini you can catch the Regional Train to Campobasso. It takes about 3 hours and it departs every hour.

There's the bus n.35 from Naples Airport to Naples station. It takes 20 minutes. Otherwise Alibus, the official airport bus, operated by ANM. It takes 20 minutes and il departs every 30 minutes. At Napoli station you can catch the Regional Train to Campobasso. It takes about 3 hours and it departs every hour.

There's the coach n. 38 from Pescara Airport to Pescara Station departing every 15 minutes from the terminal. Tickets sold at the automatic machine in the terminal arrivals area. At Pescara Station you can catch the Regional Train to Campobasso. It takes about 3 hours and it departs every hour.
